How to REGISTER

OutLoud Sports is an all inclusive organization with goals to provide inexpensive sports leagues, recreational activities, and social events for the QUEER+ community and our straight allies.

All of our leagues and programs are developed for all types of skill play. There are no tryouts and everyone is assigned to a team!

HOW TO GET PLAYING IN 2 EASY STEPS!

Step 1 - Sign Up and Create a Profile in our registration Database.

Find & click the Register top-level menu link on this website. Follow the link to the city of your interest and sign up.

During this initial setup of your account, you will be completing a one-time form that is solely created and curated by the company League Apps, Inc. When setting up your account with League Apps, you will be presented with only two options on how you present/identify your gender. This in no way reflects the value and paradigm of OutLoud Sports. During the registration for our programs, players are able to submit their presentation/identity of gender.)

Step 2: Register for a Sport!

Once you are in our system in LeagueApps, you can now register yourself to play. All of our registrations open multiple weeks before play starts. Register when you’re ready, but be mindful that most of our programs sell out before the last week of registration.

Each LeagueApps site has the menu item Leagues where you can see what registrations are upcoming and open for registration. If a league is not listed, then the registration for that league is currently unavailable.

In most of our leagues, you sign up as a Team Captain, Team Player, or Free Agent.

  • A Team Captain is someone who wants to start a team and is able to recruit team players to join their team.

  • A Team Player is someone who knows a Team Captain and is joining the Team Captain’s team.

  • A Free Agent is someone who would like Varsity Gay League to arrange a team for them. A Free Agent can sign up letting us know who they want to play with by either creating a small group during registration or by simply letting us know during the registration process.

OutLoud Sports makes it easy to stay up to date on new leagues, exciting events and other activities happening around your city. In addition to our mailing list, we post all our events to Facebook and Meetup, and have an individual Facebook and Meetup Groups for each city.
