This years festival features multiple divisions of Kickball (All-Gender and She/They), Dodgeball (Advanced, Recreational & She/They), Turf Soccer, Sand Volleyball (Advanced and Recreational), Flag Football (She/They and All-Gender) and Doubles Tennis (Beginners, Intermediate and Masters) and Pickelball + Parties, performances and special events.
Tournaments are TEAM based. Team minimums must be reached to complete.
Unless otherwise specified, FREE AGENTS or SOLO players should not register for random teams.

KICKBALL
Locations: Poinsettia Park & Pan Pacific Park
Dates: August 30th and August 31st
Team Divisions: All Gender (Advanced and Social) + She/They (Advanced and Social)
Divisions: Divisions will be further divided Day 2 into 3 Divisions for All-Gender.
Tournament Format
Day 1 involves round-robin matches where teams are grouped into pods of six, each team playing three matches to determine their seeding for the next day.
Day 2 features a single elimination tournament. Based on the previous day's results, teams are seeded into multiple divisions, with all teams guaranteed at least four games.
Brackets
Brackets are determined by a blind draw at each location.
Team Requirements
Teams must have a minimum of 12 players.

Dodgeball

Location: West Hollywood Park
Dates: Saturday, August 30th and Sunday, August 31st
Divisions: Advanced and Recreation Division & She/They Division
Team Max: Rec: 10 Teams, Advanced: 8 Teams, She/They: 6 Teams
Tournament Format
Day 1: Seeded Tournament
Teams will play seven 12-minute matches to qualify for seeding.
Day 2: Elimination Tournament

TURF Soccer Tournament

Location: Pan Pacific Park Turf Soccer Field
Dates: Saturday, August 31st and Sunday, September 1st
Teams: Up To 12 teams competing in a two-day event
Format: 6 v 6
Tournament Format
Day 1: Round Robin
Soccer teams will compete in three 40-minute matches, with half-time breaks. Performance in these matches will determine seeding for Day 2.
Day 2: Single Elimination
Teams are divided into two divisions, A and B, based on their ranks from Day 1.

Brackets are determined by location and through a blind draw.
Team Requirements
Minimum of 12 players per team.

FLAG FOOTBALL

Location: Fairfax High School
Dates: Saturday, August 30th
Teams: Up To 16 teams competing in a one-day event (8 All-Gender & 8 She/They)
Format: Half Fields
Rules: Standard Flag Football Rules with OLS adjustments (below)
One Day Tournament Format
Day 1: Round Robin
This is a 1-Day Tournament. Teams will compete in three 30-minute matches. Followed by Single Elimination.
Brackets
Brackets are determined by location and through a blind draw. Divisions may be created based on registrations.
Team Requirements
Minimum of 11 players per team.
Registration Costs
$60 per player starting June 1st
$65 per player after July 1st

PICKLEBALL
& TENNIS
Location: Poinsettia Park and Fairfax High School
Dates: Saturday, August 30th and Sunday, August 31st
Times: 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM both days
Divisions: Beginners, Intermediate, Masters
Tournament Format
Day 1: Round Robin
Teams in all divisions will play three 40-minute matches. The results will determine team rankings for the elimination rounds on Day 2.
Day 2: Single Elimination
Tennis: Doubles matches will play OLS 8-game pro sets, with the finals being full-length matches.
Pickleball: Matches will be single elimination throughout the day.
How Matches Are Played
Tennis:
40-minute games with a maximum 5-minute warm-up.
8-game pro sets, first to 8 wins by 2, with no-ad scoring and 7-point tiebreakers.
If time runs out, the winner is decided by current match points. Ties lead to continuous play until broken.
Pickleball:
Each game lasts 40 minutes with a 5-minute maximum warm-up.
Up to 3 games played on the first day.
Skill Levels
Beginners: USTA ranking 2.0-3.0
Intermediate: USTA ranking 3.5-4.5
Masters: USTA ranking 4.5 and up, including competitors with USTA or college experience.
Rules
All matches will adhere to standard ITF/USTA rules.
SAND VOLLEYBALL
Location: Will Rogers Beach
Dates: Saturday, August 31st and Sunday, September 1st
Teams: 20 teams competing in a two-day event
Divisions: Advanced, Recreation
Tournament Format
Day 1: Seeded Tournament
Each team plays three 50-minute matches to qualify for seeding.
Day 2: Single Elimination
Teams compete in a knockout format to determine the champion.
Team Requirements
On Court: 4 players
Roster Maximum: 7 players

Location: Pan Pacific Park
Dates: Saturday, August 30th and Sunday, August 31st
Teams: 18 teams competing in a two-day event
Divisions: Advanced (split A+B), Recreation
Team Max: Advanced A: 6 Teams, Advanced B: 6 Teams, Rec: 6 Teams

Day 1: Seeded Tournament
Each team plays three 40-minute matches to qualify for seeding.
Day 2: Single Elimination
Teams compete in a double elimination bracket.
