Get ready—Philly Phest is coming soon! Dates are July 31st - August 2nd and this inclusive tournament will feature Kickball, Volleyball, Billiards and Pickleball in a weekend packed with high-energy games, connection, and celebration. Players from across the region (and beyond) will come together to represent queer athleticism at its finest. Expect fun, fierce competition, and a community that brings the party just as hard as the play.

KICKBALL
Locations: University of Pennsylvania Athletic Fields and Smith Playground (South Philly)
Dates: Saturday, August 1st & Sunday, August 2nd
Team Divisions: All Gender (Advanced/Competitive and Recreational/Social) & She/They
Tournament Format
Day 1 involves round-robin games where teams are grouped into pods, each team playing three games to determine their seeding for the next day.
Day 2 features a single elimination tournament. Based on the previous day's results, teams are seeded into multiple divisions.
Team Requirements
Teams must have a minimum of 12 players.
Registration Costs
$60 per player starting April 1st
$70 per player after May 1st
$80 per player after June 1st
Participant Perks
Each participant receives a tournament wristband for access to all events and bar discounts.

Medals and trophy for winning team in each division
Billiards
Location: 254 Philadelphia
Dates: Saturday, August 1st & Sunday, August 2nd
Teams: Up To 24 teams competing in a two-day event
Format: 8-Ball Doubles
Tournament Format
Day 1: Round Robin pool play (teams will play multiple matches)
Day 2: Single-elimination bracket based on seeding from Day 1
Team Requirements
All teams must have only 2 players

$40 per player starting April 1st
$45 per player after May 1st

Indoor Volleyball
Location: Friends Select School
Dates: Saturday, August 1st & Sunday, August 2nd
Teams: Up To 12 teams competing in a two-day event
Format: 6v6 indoor
Tournament Format
Day 1: Round Robin pool play (teams will play 3 matches)
Day 2: Single-elimination bracket based on seeding from Day 1
Team Requirements
Roster sizes are 8 minimum / 11 maximum
Registration Costs
$65 per player starting April 1st
$75 per player after May 1st
$85 per player after June 1st
pickleball
Location: Bounce Pickleball - Philly
Dates: Saturday, August 1st & Sunday, August 2nd
Teams: Up to 8 teams competing in each division (Beginner, Low Intermediate, High Intermediate)
Format: Paired doubles
Tournament Format
Day 1: Round Robin pool play (teams will play 3 matches)
Day 2: Single-elimination bracket based on seeding from Day 1

2 players per team
