Get ready—Philly Phest is coming soon! Dates are September 19-21 and this inclusive tournament will feature Kickball, Billiards and Cornhole in a weekend packed with high-energy games, connection, and celebration. Players from across the region (and beyond) will come together to represent queer athleticism at its finest. Expect fun, fierce competition, and a community that brings the party just as hard as the play.

KICKBALL
Locations: Smith Playground (South Philly)
Dates: Saturday, September 20th & Sunday, September 21st
Team Divisions: All Gender (Advanced/Competitive and Recreational/Social)
Tournament Format
Day 1 involves round-robin games where teams are grouped into pods, each team playing three games to determine their seeding for the next day.
Day 2 features a single elimination tournament. Based on the previous day's results, teams are seeded into multiple divisions.
Team Requirements
Teams must have a minimum of 12 players.
Registration Costs
$60 per player starting June 15th
$70 per player after July 15th
$80 per player after August 15th
Participant Perks
Each participant receives a tournament T-shirt and wristband, along with access to all events.
Awards
All Gender Competitive Division team winner will enjoy free entry to the Sin City Classic 2026.
Billiards
Location: 254 Philadelphia
Dates: Saturday, September 20th & Sunday, September 21st
Teams: Up To 24 teams competing in a two-day event
Format: 8-Ball Doubles
Tournament Format
Day 1: Round Robin pool play (teams will play multiple matches)
Day 2: Single-elimination bracket based on seeding from Day 1
Team Requirements
All teams must have only 2 players
Registration Costs
$40 per player starting June 15th
$45 per player after July 15th
$50 per player after August 15th
CORNHOLE
Location: Outside 254/UBar/Tavern
Dates: Sunday, September 21st
Teams: Up to 16 teams (min 2/max 4 per team)
Format: 2 v 2
Tournament Format
Day 1: Round robin matches followed by a single elimination bracket
Team Requirements
Minimum of 2 players per team / Maximum of 4
Registration Costs
$35 per player starting June 15th
$40 per player after July 15th
$45 per player after August 15th
