Introducing a brand-new tournament created by and for the She/They community: The California Sapphic Games! Taking place in San Diego, Memorial Day Weekend 2026 (May 21st to May 25th), this all-she/they weekend will feature Kickball, Pickleball, and Dodgeball, Cornhole, and Billiards. This is more than just a tournament—it’s a celebration of strength, connection, and sapphic excellence on and off the field. Expect fierce competition, unforgettable parties, and a community vibe like no other.

Every registered players gets 1 WRISTBAND for the weekend of events and activities.

KICKBALL

Locations: Robb Field
Dates: Saturday, May 23rd and Sunday May 24th
Times: 10am-5pm
Divisions: Multiple divisions will be created based on registration

Tournament Format

Day 1 involves round-robin matches where teams are grouped into pods, each team playing three matches to determine their seeding for the next day.

Day 2 features a single elimination tournament. Based on the previous day's results, teams are seeded into multiple divisions, with all teams guaranteed at least four games.

Brackets

Brackets are determined by a blind draw at each location.

Team Requirements

Teams must have a minimum of 12 players.

Registration Costs

  • $65 per player starting Feb 13th

  • $75 per player after March 15th

  • $85 per player after April 15th

Participant Perks

Each participant receives a tournament wristband, along with access to all events.

Trophies & Medals & She/They Advanced team will enjoy free entry to the Sin City Classic 2026.

Dodgeball

Location: Golden Hill Recreational Center
Dates: Saturday, May 23rd and Sunday May 24th
Time: 9am-3pm
Divisions: Advanced and Rec
Team Max: Rec: 8 & Advanced: 8
Ball Type: No-Sting

Tournament Format

Day 1: Seeded Tournament

  • Teams will play multiple 12-minute matches to qualify for seeding.

Day 2: Elimination Tournament

Brackets

  • Brackets are determined by location and through a blind draw.

Team Requirements

  • On Court: 10 players

  • Roster Maximum: 13 players

  • USA Dodgeball Players: Limited to 2 per team

Registration Costs

  • $65 per player starting Feb 13th

  • $75 per player after March 15th

  • $85 per player after April 15th

PICKLEBALL

Location: Marriott Coronado
Dates: Saturday, May 23rd and Sunday May 24th
Times: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM both days
2 Divisions: Beginners/Low Intermediate, Intermediate/High Intermediate

Tournament Format

Day 1: Round Robin

  • Teams in all divisions will play three 50-minute matches. The results will determine team rankings for the elimination rounds on Day 2.

Day 2: Single Elimination

  • Pickleball: Matches will be single elimination throughout the day.

How Matches Are Played

Pickleball:

  • Each game lasts 50 minutes with a 5-minute maximum warm-up.

  • Up to 3 games played on the first day.

Registration Costs

  • $70 per player until March 15th

  • $80 per player until April 15th

  • $90 per player until May 1st

Rules

  • All matches will adhere to standard USA pickleball rules

Billiards

Location: Seven Grand (3054 University Ave, San Diego CA 92104)
Dates: Saturday May 23rd
Style: One Day Tournament
Teams: 16 teams competing in a single day event

Tournament Format

Day 1: Pool Play & Single Elimination Tournament

  • Teams will compete in multiple games of pool play, followed by a single elimination tournament.

Team Requirements

  • Roster Size: 2-4

Registration Costs

  • $30 per player starting March 15th

  • $40 per player starting April 15th

  • $50 per player starting May 1st

CORNHOLE

Location: EQ ( 1271 University Ave, SD CA 92103)
Dates: Sunday May 24th
Style: One Day Tournament
Teams: 24 teams competing in a single day event

Tournament Format

Day 1: Pool Play & Single Elimination Tournament

  • Teams will compete in multiple games of pool play, followed by a single elimination tournament.

Team Requirements

  • Roster Size: 2-3

Registration Costs

  • $30 per player starting March 15th

  • $40 per player starting April 15th

  • $50 per player starting May 1st
