This years festival features multiple divisions of Kickball (All-Gender and She/They), Dodgeball (Advanced, Recreational & She/They), Grass Volleyball (Advanced and Recreational), Pickleball (Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced) and Bowling + more TBD! Parties, performances and special events.
Tournaments are TEAM based. Team minimums must be reached to complete.
Unless otherwise specified, FREE AGENTS or SOLO players should not register for random teams.
All Tournament Players get ALL ACCESS Festival Wristband for multiple parties, with performances, specialty food and drink discounts, celebrations and more!! Guests may purchase on site for $20

KICKBALL
Dates: Sept 5th + 6th
Team Divisions: All Gender (Advanced and Social) + She/They (Advanced and Social)
Divisions: Divisions will be further divided Day 2 into 3 Divisions for All-Gender.
Register: Teams or Free Agents
Tournament Format
Day 1 involves round-robin matches where teams are grouped into pods of six, each team playing three matches to determine their seeding for the next day.
Day 2 features a single elimination tournament. Based on the previous day's results, teams are seeded into multiple divisions, with all teams guaranteed at least four games.
Brackets
Brackets are determined by a blind draw at each location.
Team Requirements
Teams must have a minimum of 12 players.
Registration Costs
$70 per player starting June 1st
$80 per player after July 1st
$90 per player after August 1st
Participant Perks
Each participant receives one wristband, along with access to all events.
Awards
All Gender & She/They Advanced team will enjoy free entry to the Sin City Classic 2027.
Dodgeball
Location: Dive Volleyball
Dates: Sept 5th and 6th
Divisions: Advanced and Recreation Division & She/They Division
Team Max: Rec: 10 Teams, Advanced: 8 Teams, She/They: 6 Teams

Tournament Format
Day 1: Seeded Tournament & Double Elimination Tournament (Advanced and She/They)
Teams will play seven 12-minute matches to qualify for seeding.
Day 2: Seeded Tournament & Double Elimination Tournament (Recreational)

Brackets are determined by location and through a blind draw.
Team Requirements
On Court: 10 players
Roster Maximum: 13 players

PICKLEBALL
Location: Mood Swing
Dates: Saturday, September 5th and Sunday 6th

Divisions: Beginners, Intermediate B, Intermediate A/Advanced

Tournament Format
Day 1: Round Robin
Teams in all divisions will play three 50-minute matches. The results will determine team rankings for the elimination rounds on Day 2.
Day 2: Single Elimination
Pickleball: Matches will be single elimination throughout the day.
How Matches Are Played
Each game lasts 50 minutes with a 5-minute maximum warm-up.
Day 1: 3 Games, Day 2: Single Elimination
Rules
All matches will adhere to standard USA Pickleball Rules

VOLLEYBALL

Dates: Saturday, September 5th and September 6th
Teams: 20 teams competing in a two-day event
Divisions: Advanced, Recreation
